Le Pestana Cascais, sur la côte de Lisbonne, n'est qu'à quelques minutes de la ville de Cascais, mais également tout près de la Serra de Sintra (environ 10 minutes), « patrimoine mondial », du plus grand casino d'Europe (Casino Estoril) et à environ 10 minutes de Quinta da Beloura, qui abrite 5 des parcours de golf les plus prestigieux de la région de Lisbonne. Le Pestana Cascais propose également un service de transport pour le centre de Cascais et la plage de Guincho. Le Pestana Cascais est un hôtel 4 étoiles composé de 142 chambres et 7 suites, toutes équipées de commodités de base, ainsi que d'un grand balcon offrant une vue panoramique sur la mer, les piscines et les jardins de palmiers. Il peut accueillir à la fois des réunions de petites entreprises et des conférences nationales et internationales, avec 6 salles de conférence pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 300 personnes et de nombreuses autres salles plus petites, pour des événements de nature différente.
