Our second restaurant in the Boston-area is located in the expansion of the Burlington Mall, one of Massachusetts’ premier high-end destinations for shopping and dining. The restaurant features an open-air churrasco grill in the heart of the dining room where guests can watch our Gaucho Chefs practice the art of churrasco as they butcher and grill a variety of fire-roasted meats. The main dining room is anchored by a white Carrara Market Table and our signature bas-relief interpretation of Antonio Carigni’s O Lacador statue, the embodiment of the gaucho culture. The Burlington location also features an expansive patio with firepits for al fresco dining, soaring wine cases, a contemporary bar with lounge seating and dry-aged meat cabinets for in-house aging.

Avec une passion entrepreneuriale bien ancrée transmise de génération en génération, le président de Boston Butler, Christopher Carr, a lancé l'entreprise en 1995. Diplômé du Culinary Institute of America, Christopher a passé des années à travailler dans l'entreprise familiale avant de franchir le pas et il n'a jamais regardé en arrière. Il y a six ans, Boston Butler a déménagé dans un local du Presidents Golf Course à Quincy, ce qui a permis à Christopher d'ajouter « propriétaire de restaurant » et « exploitant d'installations de réception » à son CV.
