Comment se rendre au centre-ville de Douvres ? Depuis Baltimore, Washington et Richmond : Prenez la US50/301 pour traverser Annapolis et traverser le pont de la baie de Chesapeake. Restez sur la 301, tournez à droite sur la MD302 ; suivez la 302 à droite sur la route 454 à Templeville. La route 454 devient la route 8 lorsque vous franchissez la ligne du Delaware. Suivez la Rt.8 en direction de Douvres et tournez à droite sur Loockerman Street. Suivez la rue Loockerman et tournez à droite sur Federal Street et vous arriverez au Legislative Mall. Depuis le New Jersey et le nord : Prenez le NJ Turnpike vers le sud et traversez le Delaware Memorial Bridge. Suivez la Rt. 13/Rt. 1 vers le sud. Prenez la sortie 104, puis suivez la route 13 vers le sud sur environ 6 km jusqu'à Court Street (juste après la jonction entre la route 113 et la route 13). Tournez à droite sur Court Street et suivez le centre-ville de Dover, jusqu'au centre commercial Legislative Mall. Depuis Philadelphie et Wilmington : Prenez l'I-95S. jusqu'à la Rt. 1 South. Suivez la route 13/route 1 vers le sud jusqu'à la sortie 104 et suivez la route 13 vers le sud sur environ 6 km jusqu'à Court Street (juste après la jonction entre les routes 11 et 13) Tournez à droite sur Court Street et suivez le centre-ville de Dover, Legislative Mall. Depuis la région de Norfolk : Traversez le pont-tunnel de la baie de Chesapeake et suivez la route 13 nord sur environ 170 miles jusqu'à Douvres. Une fois à Douvres, quittez la route 13 (virage à gauche) pour rejoindre Court Street. Suivez Court Street jusqu'au centre commercial Legislative (environ 400 mètres)
