The following schedule will apply to any cancelled bookings - Cancellation policy - Between 24 and 16 weeks prior to event 25% of the total booking value Between 16 and 8 weeks prior to event 50% of the total booking value Between 8 and 2 weeks prior to event 75% of the total booking value Less than 2 weeks before the scheduled event 100% of the total booking value Postponement requests may be considered on a strictly case-by case basis. In the event the hotel is able to offer a postponement, your deposit will be forfeited and the booking will be subject to any applicable price increases.
