Attractions locales

The Armory STL

Vie nocturne
À 3 mi.
The Armory STL, a new entertainment complex in Midtown, is massive – and we’re not exaggerating. The venue has almost 6 acres of flexible indoor space with approximately 500 feet of bar space, multiple kitchens, the largest indoor TV screen in Missouri, a state-of-the-art sound system, arcade games and other activities such as cornhole, table tennis and four-square badminton. There are also putting greens, adult seesaws and a bright-green, two-story slide. The vibe is fun and casual, and entrance is free for all, but you can also host private events in different areas of the facility.

Forest Park

Parc
À 5 mi.
One of the most beautiful urban parks in the world – Forest Park boasts 1,300 acres, encompassing stunning landscapes sprinkled with various ecosystems, nature reserves, forests, lakes and streams. You will find endless opportunities for outdoor adventure, as well as five of the region’s major cultural institutions: the Missouri History Museum, The Muny, the Saint Louis Art Museum, the Saint Louis Science Center and the Saint Louis Zoo.

City Foundry STL

Loisirs
À 3 mi.
City Foundry STL is the adaptive reuse of the former 15-acre Century Foundry complex in St. Louis. The iconic and historically significant foundry building has been transformed into a dynamic hub of innovation complete with St. Louis’ first true food hall, a curated retail experience, and creative offices infused with historic industrial architecture. City Foundry STL is proudly located in St. Louis’ growing Midtown neighborhood, and offers free parking.

Ballpark Village

Loisirs
À 10 blocks
Adjacent to Busch Stadium, home of the St. Louis Cardinals, Ballpark Village is a sports, dining and entertainment hot spot in the heart of downtown. Celebrate St. Louis’ baseball tradition at Cardinals Nation, partake in a pint and mini bowling at Sports & Social St. Louis, enjoy endless summer vibes at Shark Bar, shop local at Arch Apparel and more. The complex also hosts lively events throughout the year.

St. Louis Aquarium

Loisirs
À 1 mi.
The St. Louis Aquarium opened in 2019, bringing more than 13,000 sea creatures to the city. Retrofitted in a 19th-century train station, the two-story, 120,000-square-foot aquarium is just one part of the reimagined Union Station. You can also ride the St. Louis Wheel, watch a 3D light show in the Grand Hall, marvel at the handcrafted stained glass of the Allegorical Window and savor a meal at one of Union Station’s various dining destinations, among other memorable moments.

Anheuser-Busch St. Louis Brewery

Repère historique
À 3 mi.
St. Louis is proud to be the headquarters of Anheuser-Busch and the home of the company’s flagship brewery, which opened in the 1850s. The brewery’s elaborate, red-brick buildings have a Germanic-Romanesque style, with rounded arches, embellished cornices and castellated rooflines, and the interiors of the buildings feature equally beautiful details, including two wrought-iron chandeliers from the 1904 World’s Fair. Guests can tour the innovative space before taking a seat in the Anheuser-Busch Biergarten and enjoying a cold one – on the house. We recommend the Beermaster Tour for an exclusive all-access look at how the King of Beers is brewed, plus a sample of the freshest beer that you’ll ever taste, poured directly from the finishing tank.

National Blues Museum

Musée
À 1 block
A stone’s throw from America’s Center Convention Complex, the National Blues Museum celebrates the genre as the foundation of modern American music. The museum is an interactive treasure trove of sights and sounds, featuring artifact-driven exhibits, high-impact experiences and a state-of-the-art theater. Come for the permanent collection and stay for the live concerts and events that take place on a weekly basis.

Gateway Arch National Park

Parc
À 6 blocks
Standing at 630 feet tall, the Gateway Arch is the focal point of Gateway Arch National Park. Journey to the top in a five-person capsule for unparalleled views of the Old Courthouse, downtown St. Louis and the Mighty Mississippi. Back on the ground, enjoy the lush park land and the underground museum below it, which recently received $380 million worth of upgrades. Both the grounds of the national park and the on-site museum are free to enjoy.
