The Pocono Mountains resort offers on-site accommodations to nearly 1,000 rooms of various styles and four signature restaurants — Kalahari’s signature steakhouse experience, Double Cut Charcoal Grill, Sortino’s Italian Kitchen, B-Lux Burgers & Shakes, and Cinco Ninos, a made from scratch Mexican Restaurant.
