Pass through the toll plaza and follow signs for I-395 East/Miami Beach. Continue on I-395 East, which becomes MacArthur Causeway (US-41E). Stay on MacArthur Causeway, then use the right lane on the final bridge to stay on US-41E (5th St). Follow 5th St to Ocean Drive and turn left. A Fish Called Avalon is 0.2 miles ahead on the left.
