Our clients are encouraged to inspect their jobs in our shop to get a hands on feel of the scale and specific scenic elements.

I’ve hosted hundreds of tastings worldwide, both in-person and online, for teams and clients who want something fun, inclusive, and memorable. From wine, beer, and tea pairings to blind tastings and global chocolate journeys, I bring people together through chocolate. My clients include Google, Deloitte, and EY, and I’m a regular speaker at major industry events like the DC Chocolate Festival, the PA Chocolate & Coffee Festival, and the Retail Confectioners Association. Located in the Shoppes at Brinton Lakes, the restaurant has a mid-century Italian maximalist vibe with bold patterns, vibrant geometric prints, and striking Ferrari red accents. The bar showcases a stunning pink marble horseshoe-shaped countertop with green leather stools featuring black-and-white patterned backs. Cozy U-shaped booths dressed in blue flame-stitch fabric are illuminated by whimsical silver pinecone lamps and separated by playful red-and-white dividers. The space is enhanced by custom-upholstered banquettes and uniquely designed tabletops in lively shades of orange, emerald, canary yellow, black, and white. Intimacy is fostered by solid wood and wallpaper valances framing pill-shaped windows. Testa Rossa is the latest concept from Fearless Restaurants. It offers a vibrant, casual Italian-American twist on dishes inspired by Rosalie.
