DUO is, what I'd like to say, a "play on words". It's open for breakfast and dinner as well as serving both Steak & Seafood along with a resort casual setting. Our poolside setting hosts a lively performance, as Chef Hyrin Salaguinto and her team prepare tender steak and local seafood in a show kitchen. Not to mention the vast yet finely tuned selection of locally sourced island treats prepared fresh to your specific preference.
