NO SHOWS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES • In the event that a reservation is guaranteed for late arrival and the guest “doesn’t show”, the appropriate room and service charges will be charged against the form of payment used to guarantee the room for late arrival. • Reservations can be cancelled 24 hours prior to the arrival date are not subject to penalty. A cancellation number should be obtained from the reservations agent for reference
