In case of total cancellation of the event at any time, 100% of the value of the contracted services will be charged and any deposits made as a prepayment will not be refunded by the hotel. Upon confirmation, any partial cancellations may be made by the CONTRACTING PARTY, subject to the following criteria: • Ninety-one (91) days prior to the event start date: Cancellation of up to twenty percent (20%) of each type of service / supply contracted will be accepted free of charge. • Sixty one (61) days in advance to ninety (90) days from the event start date: Up to fifteen percent (15%) of the cancellation of each type of service / supply contracted will be accepted free of charge. • Thirty one (31) to sixty (60) days prior to the event start date: Cancellation of up to 10% (ten percent) of each type of service / supply contracted will be accepted free of charge. • 15 (fifteen) to 30 (thirty) days prior to the event start date: cancellation of up to 5% (five percent) of each type of service / supply contracted will be accepted free of charge. • No cancellations will be accepted free of charge within fourteen (14) days from the event start date. In this case, the CONTRACTING PARTY is required to pay in full the contracted services. In accordance with the above cancellation policy, the CONTRACTING PARTY may only partially cancel the reservations provided herein, only once.
