We have two different floors that you may use for your special event. Your guests will first enter on the lower level; candles are lining the stairs leading to the foyer where you may display your place cards, guest book, photos, or any informational materials. As we go upstairs to the second floor, to our right we have the lounge area. This charming space has two built-in bars with lovely European window accents To the left of the foyer is our large Ballroom which can seat three hundred guests for a fabulous dinner and up to four hundred twenty guests for a cocktail reception. You also have the option to use the platform areas as buffet stations, additional guest seating or even a private VIP area! The ballroom’s fabulous stage and dance floor are centrally located and optimal to showcase your entertainment for your band, DJ, or performers for all guests to see. Also, the acoustics are exceptional, as the ballroom was designed by Masonic craftsmen. We provide you and your guests with ten 60 inch round tables, twelve 8-foot banquet tables, 6 high boys tables, Lounge furniture and 150 opera chairs at no additional charge. Additional opera platinum chairs we will help you rent at a discounted price of $4.50/each. We at Stan Mansion are especially proud of being able to recommend Chicago's finest vendors to assist you in putting together every aspect of your event. We have worked with every one of these vendors many times and can assure you that they are quality-oriented and pro-active professional eager to satisfy your expectations. You are permitted to bring your own alcohol, as long as it is served by a licensed insured catering company. We have parking available only 2 blocks away at Darwin School (for only $ 250 you can park up to 80 cars) and we can recommend a professional Valet Service for you and your guests ($850). At the Stan Mansion we welcome your creativity and our experienced consulting staff will be on stand-by to recommend design ideas for your own event.
