Administratiezaal (1.1 on floorplan)

In 1903 the Society for the Securities started using the Administratiezaal (Administration Hall). From that moment on, daily meetings about stocks and bonds were held. In 1912, the Stock Exchange had its own building at Beursplein 5, next to the Beurs van Berlage. The Administration Hall since then has been used for various fairs and gatherings. In 2010, the Dutch Chamber Choir moved into the Accounting Hall to better co-operate with the Dutch Philharmonic Orchestra (NedPhO). Nearly 10 years they made use of it until they moved out in 2012 along with the NedPhO to the Majella Church in Amsterdam East. Since then, the Administration Hall in its entirety is again available for meetings. The Administratiezaal is a large breakout hall located on the 1st floor.
