Set in an off-grid destination in a forested Colorado canyon, Taylor River Lodge offers an ideal setting for corporate retreats. Complete with culinary offerings, adventure guides, and an Experience Team who personalizes all itinerary details, the experience delivers a full range of in-house amenities, activities, and service so your team can focus on your goals. Taylor River Lodge, our riverside collection of cabins in the Rocky Mountains, offers a fully customizable retreat experience with private lodging, chef-made food and beverage, and guided adventures for up to 32 guests. Corporate groups will have full control of the property, from meals and meetings in our scenic main lodge, to spa time in our bathhouse, and team bonding activities at our stocked trout pond and marksman’s range plus the surrounding wilderness.

Politique d’annulation
A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total booking is required at the time of booking and the balance is due 90 days prior to arrival date, including taxes. Cancellations made outside of 90 days of arrival date: 100% of amounts paid are non-refundable but the amount paid may be applied towards a new booking for a stay with an arrival date within 365 days of the arrival date stated in the cancelled booking. Cancellations made within 90 days of arrival date: 100% of amounts paid are non-refundable and cannot be applied towards new bookings, but subject to the Government Restriction Exception below. Government Restriction Exception: If a cancellation is made within 90 days of arrival date because an in-effect government law or order prohibits travel to the booked destination at the time of cancellation, then 100% of the amounts paid for the original booking may be applied to a new booking with an arrival date within 365 days of the arrival date stated in the cancelled booking. All re-bookings are subject to availability and potential rate increases. The time periods set forth above for applying previously paid amounts and re-booking will not be extended and any unused amounts are non-refundable. If more than one cancellation option applies, the guest may choose one of the available options. All re-bookings are final.
Additional details
Our flexible venue space includes the Copper John Lodge, The Lodge, Bath House and extensive outdoor space with the option of adding event tents for additional space if needed.

To minimize our impact we're limiting food waste and single use plastics, planting on proprerty gardens and sourcing local produce, emphasizing "Leave No Trace" principles.
