Located in the heart of Saalbach’s pedestrian zone and yet only a few steps away from the lifts and ski slopes, Hotel Bauer is an establishment rich in tradition, with the special charm of a family-run business. First-class amenities for our 35 rooms are clearly important for a leading 4-star hotel. But no less close to our heart is the cheerful tone of the hotel and the high quality of our cuisine. Our stylish house bar is a popular gathering spot and the perfect place to wind down the day amid friends, both old and new. The cozy nooks of our rustic Josefsstube and Marienstube dining rooms couldn’t be better suited to conjure up that special atmosphere of an evening with that special someone.

Moreover, we really try to provide insight and discovery about the city you are visiting. Who doesn’t enjoy traveling, movies, music, games, and room escape challenges? We figured if we’d have fun building and testing these Tourist Scavenger Hunts, you would also enjoy doing them. This new way of discovering a city via a walking tour with various challenges is a great way to learn about its history and discover its layout. Simple And Fun Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.
