Named for longtime educator Frank Brown, the park includes baseball and softball fields, batting cages, soccer fields, outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, a tennis wall, t-ball field, a Miracle League field, several playgrounds, shuffleboard courts, concession stands, picnic areas, pavilions, a freshwater youth fishing pond, three dog parks, green spaces, a 20-acre festival site, and Gayle's Trails.
