Vegetables and fruits are sourced from the resort’s botanical garden and farm. Cancellation Policy for Groups • The following payment schedule will apply: • 30 days prior to the event date, 10% of the deposit paid will be forfeited. • 29 -15 days prior to the event date, 25% deposit paid will be forfeited • 7-14 days prior to the event, 50% of deposit paid will be forfeited. • 6 days or less prior to the event, 100% of deposit paid will be forfeited. Cancellation Policy for Individual Reservations We will make the reservation of guest rooms as per individual request. Cancellations that occur more than 48 hours in advance will be free of charge. If guests cancel within 48 hours prior to arrival, the first night will be charged cancellation fee at full room rate. No-show Policy Reservations are made as per your request and can be made directly on email through the following email: reservations@diamondsleisurebeachresort.com. In case of no-shows, this will be treated as a cancellation and charged based on 100% total value of the booking.
