Olympiastadion ja Hietaniemen ranta ovat 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä, samoin kuin Linnanmäen huvipuisto. Hotellissa on 22 modernia kokoushuonetta 2 - 550 osallistujalle sekä kokous- että juhlatilaisuuksille. Kaunis näkymä Toolo-lahdelle 9. kerroksen kokoushuoneista.
