As people return to in-person meetings, smaller and larger groups could potentially fall into three meeting designs: One-Room-Design: Ideal for a smaller group meeting, engaging distanced attendees within a single room at one venue. Multi-room/Broadcast Communication-Design: Split large groups into multiple rooms at the same venue, and broadcast to them. Add digital tools for a great meeting and event experience. Multi-room/Multi-venue, Networked Communication-Design: For events that bring attendees from multiple venues and potentially multiple rooms together. Add the right technology solutions to make to make the experience feel as if everyone is meeting together as one. All three meeting designs can incorporate a hybrid component, like live streaming for attendees that are not able to make the in-person meeting.
