The Hand & Spear ofrece mucho para muchos: un lugar donde puedes disfrutar de una comida rápida de negocios, unas copas después del trabajo con los amigos, una barbacoa bajo el sol, es decir, cuando tenemos el sol; un delicioso asado tradicional de los domingos con un toque diferente. También somos un lugar ideal para celebrar una boda, un aniversario o un cumpleaños. Brooklands es una habitación de planta abierta. Se puede contratar para funciones sentadas con un máximo de 40 personas o para funciones de pie con un máximo de aproximadamente 60 personas. El Conservatorio es un área que puede contratarse conjuntamente con Brooklands para una función importante o, alternativamente, contratarse por su cuenta. El área exterior está disponible para alquiler privado, sola o junto al conservatorio.
