Aunque no tenemos habitaciones de hotel, trabajamos en estrecha colaboración con nuestra comunidad hotelera local e incluso podemos ofrecer transporte gratuito si el hotel seleccionado no se encuentra a poca distancia a pie.

Política de cancelación

CANCELACIÓN: Cualquier cancelación por parte del licenciatario debe hacerse por escrito. La recepción por parte del Centro de una cancelación en el plazo de UN (1) año a partir del evento implicará la pérdida de una parte de la tarifa de licencia de la siguiente manera, independientemente de que el Centro haya pagado y recibido dinero o no: - Menos de un (1) año pero más de seis (6) meses antes del primer día del evento, el decomiso será del veinticinco por ciento (25). - Menos de seis (6) meses pero más de sesenta (60) días antes del primer día del evento, la confiscación será del cincuenta por ciento (50%). - En menos de sesenta (60) días, el decomiso será del cien por cien (100%). Además, el Licenciatario también se compromete a pagar cualquier otro gasto del evento además de la tarifa de licencia en la que realmente incurra el Centro en relación con el evento cubierto por este Acuerdo. Dicha confiscación tendrá la naturaleza de una indemnización liquidada porque las partes acuerdan que sería imposible determinar la fijación y la determinación de los daños reales.
