Política de cancelación

Si el LICENCIATARIO cancela los EVENTOS especificados en el ACUERDO DE LICENCIA, el depósito y los pagos se reembolsarán en su totalidad si la cancelación se produce ciento veinte (120) días o más antes del primer día del EVENTO. Se reembolsará el cincuenta por ciento (50%) del depósito y los pagos si la cancelación se realiza entre sesenta (60) y ciento diecinueve (119) días incluidos antes del primer día del EVENTO. Se reembolsará el veinticinco por ciento (25%) del depósito y los pagos si la cancelación se realiza entre treinta (30) y cincuenta y nueve (59) días, inclusive, antes del primer día del EVENTO. No se realizará ningún reembolso del depósito ni del pago si la cancelación se realiza con menos de treinta (30) días de antelación al primer día del (de los) EVENTO (s). EL LICENCIATARIO se compromete a pagar todos y cada uno de los costos incurridos por la CIUDAD directamente relacionados con los EVENTOS cancelados.
