Il ne vous faudra pas rouler trop longtemps pour la rejoindre depuis Strasbourg puisqu'elle débute à quelques kilomètres à l'ouest de Estrasburgo, en Marlenheim. Elle file ensuite vers le sud pour se terminer à Thann, al oeste de Mulhouse.

Leurs toits pentus sont ouverts sur des greniers où séchaient autrefois les peaux. Totalement détruit durant la Seconde Guerre mondiale, Strasbourg a engagé après-guerre une politique de reconstruction de ce quartier pittoresque.
