El Old Bridge Inn se construyó en 1710 y formó parte integral del primitivo Clachan de Bridge End, que, con el río cerca, albergaba varios molinos. El antiguo molino de harina al otro lado de la calle ha sido bellamente restaurado, al igual que el Old Bridge Inn. El pub está situado en la antigua carretera A9, que ahora está justo al lado de la calle principal de Bridge of Allan, junto al río Allan. El mapa de este sitio web, alrededor de 1800 y 1970, le mostrará exactamente dónde estamos. También hay una breve historia que se remonta a la época romana.
