All bookings MUST be prepaid prior to arrival. Cancellation: First 3 nts charge for stays within: 24 Dec - 03 Jan - if cancelled within 28 days of arrival: 01 May - 03 Dec - if cancelled within 21 days of arrival. Should guest leave the resort prior to their original departure date, the charge will be equal to a maximum of 3 unused nights. Should the expected arrival not materialize, charge is 100% of the total cost. No refund given if client arrival is delayed by more then 24 hrs due to flight delays.
