**Hyatt Zilara & Ziva Rose Hall has suspended normal hotel operations due to the impact of Hurricane Melissa and is expected to resume normal hotel operations early 2027.** Located along 1,500 feet of pristine, private coastline with breathtaking views of lush green mountains, the Hyatt Zilara & Ziva Rose Hall, Jamaica offers an idyllic retreat in the heart of the historic Rose Hall Estate. Just 15 minutes from the airport, this stunning property blends rich history, natural beauty, and unparalleled luxury. Our dual-branded resort complex features two exquisite luxury resorts: Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall, an all-inclusive paradise for guests of all ages, and Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall, an exclusive all-inclusive retreat for adults only. Set against the backdrop of a serene beachfront hideaway, the resort offers a full-service spa, a wide range of water sports, recreational activities, and nearly 50,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The property boasts a total of 621 spacious accommodations, including oceanfront suites, junior suites, swim-up suites, and more! The vibrant Rose Hall Village serves as the heart of the property, featuring a diverse selection of restaurants, bars, retail shops, and a grand outdoor amphitheater, ensuring every guest experience is unforgettable. Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall - Adults Only: Designed as an exclusive retreat for adults, this side of the resort features its own dedicated reception and lounge bar in the lobby, offering a total of 344 suites. Included in this, for an elevated experience, we offer 137 Ocean View suites and 50 Premium Swim-Up Suites. The resort's pool complex consists of four interconnected pools, highlighted by a central infinity-edge pool, an active lower pool with a Wet/Dry bar, and two luxurious Jacuzzis, providing an exceptional experience for guests seeking both relaxation and recreation. Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall - All Ages: Tailored for groups and families, this area features a total of 277 spacious guest rooms, including 11 Premium Swim-Up Suites and 128 Ocean View Suites. The expansive pool area offers multiple Jacuzzis, an activity pool with built-in wet circulation benches, sun shelves with Bali beds, and a dedicated pool volleyball zone. Additionally, a passive/relaxing pool highlights two lap lanes, sun shelves perfect for lounging, built-in benches along the pool for socializing, a wet/dry bar with seating for 20 in the pool and 20 on the pool deck, plus 16 luxurious Bali beds, creating an ideal setting for relaxation and enjoyment.
