El Resort Le Cale d'Otranto (antiguo Club Med Otranto) se encuentra en Torre Santo Stefano, Otranto, en la provincia de Lecce, en la hermosa región de Salento. Y «con vistas a una hermosa bahía de aguas cristalinas, palmeras y cipreses que tocan el cielo, en una tierra rica en historia y cultura. Una segunda cala llamada Rada de Caréula, reservada, casi íntima, formada por pequeñas calas y una cueva es una piscina natural donde la belleza de esta parte de Puglia alcanza su apoteosis. El complejo tiene un estrecho vínculo con el territorio, construido completamente en «piedra de Leccese». La piedra se encuentra en muchos edificios locales, incluido un valioso interés histórico. De hecho, con la misma piedra están construidas las 424 habitaciones de estilo mediterráneo, todas en la planta baja o en el primer piso. En los antiguos establos de la «granja» hay una sala de usos múltiples que se puede utilizar para reuniones de hasta un máximo de 150 personas sentadas.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
