El aeropuerto internacional de Edimburgo para vuelos nacionales e internacionales está a solo 15 millas del hotel y el aeropuerto internacional de Glasgow a 74 millas. Con 12 habitaciones en la planta baja, 2 de ellas equipadas adecuadamente para huéspedes con movilidad reducida. El hotel cuenta con una variedad de salas adecuadas para pequeñas reuniones y grandes presentaciones. Salas de reuniones, espacio sindical y áreas de descanso (de 2 a 75 personas). La magnífica sala principal independiente para eventos del hotel tiene capacidad para 75 personas en estilo teatro y 65 en estilo cabaret. El Garvock House Hotel cuenta con una elegante suite para banquetes con puertas francesas que dan a los jardines, tiene capacidad para 120 personas para la ceremonia de la boda y desayuno con un máximo de 150 personas para la recepción nocturna.
