Si cancela el evento por cualquier motivo, que no sea por motivos de fuerza mayor, dentro de los siguientes períodos de tiempo, el siguiente porcentaje de la tarifa de alquiler se adeudará inmediatamente a Middle Temple: - 6 meses o más antes del evento: 25% de la tarifa de alquiler; - dentro de los 3 meses posteriores al evento: 50% de la tarifa de alquiler; - dentro de las 6 semanas posteriores al evento, el 75% de la tarifa de alquiler; o - dentro de las 2 semanas posteriores al evento, la tarifa de alquiler completa (más, si el evento fuera a ser atendido por Middle Temple, un cargo adicional del 50% de los gastos de catering).
