El lugar está lleno de retratos y muebles antiguos, por lo que pedimos a nuestros clientes que usen su sentido común al colocar pancartas o stands de exposiciones. Puede haber ocasiones en las que pidamos a los clientes que muevan un stand si pudiera caerse y dañar algo. Aparte de esto, no hay otras restricciones principales, ya que estamos encantados de permitir el vino tinto en todas nuestras habitaciones.

Política de cancelación

Si el Cliente desea cancelar las habitaciones o los servicios de catering o reducir el número de huéspedes, lo notificará por escrito a la Sala. La notificación solo entrará en vigor una vez que la Sala la reciba. En caso de que el Cliente cancele el presente Acuerdo o reduzca el número de invitados, el Cliente se compromete a pagar a la Sala el cargo de cancelación proporcional con respecto a cada uno de los invitados de acuerdo con el siguiente cronograma: - Se perderá el depósito total del 50% - Entre 1 mes y 3 meses, el 80% del total de los cargos estimados (incluido el depósito no reembolsable) - Menos de 1 mes, el 100% del total de los cargos estimados (incluido el depósito no reembolsable) Si dentro del período de preaviso mencionado anteriormente, el Cliente cancela la Función, el Cliente estará obligado a pagar un cargo por cancelación igual al ingreso total estimado (IVA incluido) atribuible a la Función y, a tal efecto, el Salón tendrá derecho a tratar cualquier pago anticipado como un cargo de cancelación y a retenerlo como tal. Los Ironmongers compraron su primera sala en la calle Fenchurch en 1457 y construyeron su segunda sala en el mismo sitio en 1587. La tercera sala de la Compañía, construida en 1750, fue uno de los pocos edificios de Londres que fue bombardeado durante la Primera Guerra Mundial.
