En la antigua fábrica de azúcar (1863-1992) el proceso de producción del azúcar iba a toda velocidad. El vapor, los ruidos de las máquinas y las grúas decoraban el terreno de la antigua fábrica de azúcar (CSM). Todos los que pasaban podían sentir el dulce olor de la remolacha azucarera. La fábrica de azúcar más antigua de Holanda cerró sus puertas en 1992. Hoy en día, la fábrica es el centro más industrial de los Países Bajos y se conserva su carácter original. La atmósfera que se puede crear en este contexto único hará que cada evento sea eterno.
