Once upon a time in 2016, Matt Levy, founder of Covert Cocktail Club, hosted a secret speakeasy as an intimate place for strangers to gather in his home. The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”. A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era. Liberated from the confines of a single location, Covert Cocktail Club now brings the speakeasy right to your door—be it at your home, office, bar mitzvah, dinner party, bachelor/ette party or anywhere you choose!

Since 1981, Blue Note has been a cultural institution in New York City and one of the premiere jazz clubs in the world. Owner and founder Danny Bensusan had a vision to create a jazz club in Greenwich Village that would treat deserving artists with respect, while allowing patrons to see the world’s finest jazz musicians in a close, comfortable setting. Artists who had stopped playing in jazz clubs decades before, such as Sarah Vaughn, Lionel Hampton, Dizzy Gillespie, Stanley Turrentine, Oscar Peterson, Ray Brown, and Tito Puente, soon called Blue Note home.

Aba is a Mediterranean restaurant originating from Chicago’s historic Fulton Market District. Aba, meaning father in Hebrew, incorporates Chef CJ Jacobson's lighter style of cooking with influences from the Mediterranean, including Israel, Lebanon, Turkey, and Greece. The bar program, crafted by Liz Pearce, showcases rare Mediterranean-inspired wines and spirits.

Chicago Chop House™ is located in the bustling River North neighborhood in downtown Chicago at 60 W. Ontario Street. Our building is a historic 120-year old Victorian brownstone built in 1897 that has been renovated. We host nightly live piano entertainment that plays late-night on the weekends. Dylan has an extensive history in music, including recording at the legendary East West Studios, where Elvis, The Beatles, U2, and Harry Styles also recorded. He’s recorded with Hans Zimmer’s first violinist, Dua Lipa’s cellist, and frequently performs with Cindy Lauper’s keyboard player. He has released original music on Spotify and has co-directed and starred in several music videos, shared stages with members of the off-Broadway musical STOMP, and even composed music for the documentary “The Essential Church,” which peaked at #1 in the Apple TV Documentaries category. His extensive education and experience playing music have helped him to develop a very discerning ear and musicality, and he can easily perform a bespoke set list that is individually crafted for every audience. He can arrange his own song list and create a performance that fits the mood and energy of your event, often starting with soft acoustic instrumental music and slowly increasing the energy as the night progresses.
