El Grand Paradis Hotel es el hotel más antiguo de Cogne en su posición central, aparece en la pequeña plaza de la calle Dr. Grappein, por una parte, en su jardín, por la otra. Las habitaciones recuerdan la historia del hotel porque están inspiradas en el estilo del siglo XX. Todas están decoradas a mano, con diferentes colores en cada piso, están amuebladas con muebles hechos con pisos de madera y de la región. El carácter fuerte y la revocatoria no penalizan hace mucho tiempo. El restaurante, con una tradición histórica en el pasado, era el lugar donde la gente de Cogne se reunía para almuerzos, banquetes y bailes. Hoy es un rincón íntimo con una aclimatación cálida y curada y una cocina inspirada en una cocina tradicional y nacional. La carta de vinos privilegia las mejores etiquetas de la región, pero también propone los principales vinos italianos.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
