El espacio de reuniones más grande, el Palacio de Congresos (A+B+C) tiene capacidad para 700 personas en estilo teatro sin pilares. El Congress Hall cuenta con un moderno equipo audiovisual y está conectado con el vestíbulo multifuncional, un espacio perfecto para exposiciones o eventos sociales. Las salas de reuniones más pequeñas y el vestíbulo de negocios en el primer piso con luz diaria son adecuados para seminarios, reuniones o salas para grupos pequeños. Los almuerzos y cenas de grupo se sirven en el restaurante Atrium, con capacidad para hasta 180 personas y posibilidad de uso en los salones. Todas ellas accesibles para personas con movilidad reducida. El hotel cuenta con 374 confortables habitaciones de diferentes categorías y un restaurante con capacidad desde 180 hasta 220 personas, servicio de catering de primera calidad y un variado menú de banquetes para todo tipo de eventos. La parada de tranvía más cercana (N1, parada Vystaviste) está a 150 metros del Orea Congress Hotel y ofrece fácil acceso al centro de la ciudad.
