Casa Andina Premium Arequipa se construyó sobre lo que solía ser la «Casa de la Moneda» (Casa de la Moneda), un hito histórico nacional. Construida originalmente en 1550, la casa fue remodelada en 1794 y, después de un largo proceso de restauración, finalmente en 2007, se convirtió en el maravilloso hotel que conocemos hoy. Este último proceso de remodelación reveló murales en pan de oro, relieves y una hermosa capilla que había estado oculta durante años. La ubicación estratégica, la infraestructura y los servicios que ofrece el hotel le permiten experimentar la historia, la cultura y la gastronomía de la «Ciudad Blanca» como en ningún otro lugar.
