Hacienda Tres Lagos se encuentra en una de las regiones más hermosas de Chile, en el norte de la Patagonia, a 274 kilómetros al sur de Coyhaique, a 240 km del aeropuerto de Balmaceda por la hermosa Carretera Austral. El hotel está ubicado entre tres lagos, y en cada uno de ellos tiene un manantial, con botes para realizar excursiones. La región de los tres grandes lagos, el General Carrera, el Bertrand y el Negro, rodean la hacienda, que le da su nombre: Hacienda Tres Lagos. Hacienda Tres Lagos ofrece a sus huéspedes 12 habitaciones de lujo con un espectacular diseño rústico y moderno y 2 amplias suites con una espectacular vista panorámica, ubicadas en el segundo piso del edificio principal.
