Forrest Hills se estableció en 1996 como parte de la diversificación continua de Banton House Farm. Actualmente, un tercio de los 200 acres se administra como Forrest Hills y el resto de la granja se administra para la vida silvestre. Los propietarios, la familia Newsham, han cultivado en Banton House durante casi 50 años (y en las cercanías durante muchas generaciones).
