Cancellation Policy
Cancelling If you cancel your entire meeting, there will be a charge according to the UVH. The amount of the cancellation fee is as follows: More than 3 months before the reserved date: 10% More than 2 months before the reserved date: 15% More than 1 month before reserved date: 35%. More than 14 days before the reserved date: 60% More than 7 days before the reserved date: 85 7 days or less before reserved date: 100%. In case of no-show, you are obliged to pay the total reservation value. If you cancel individual participants, charges will apply in accordance with UVH. Up to 7 days before arrival, you can cancel up to a maximum of 10% of the number of booked rooms and persons (as described in this confirmation) free of charge. From this moment on, all no-shows and cancellations will be charged at 100%.
