Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS The Client may cancel all or part of the Total Bedroom Block, Food & Beverage requirements and Meeting and Function Room requirements within the following agreed Terms and Conditions. All deposits will be kept by The Hotel in case of full termination. A unilateral termination by the Client not justified by the non-fulfilment of the Hotel's obligations, shall force the terminating party to pay a fixed compensation calculated as follows: Accommodation, Food and Beverage and Rental A) Partial Cancellation (Attrition): In the event of cancellation by Group of part of the Room Block, the following agreed terms and conditions shall apply: a) If between the date of this Agreement and the 60th day prior to arrival Group cancels up to 15% of the total Room Block, then no cancellation charges are incurred, provided that any cancellation in excess of the said 15% shall incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the cancelled part of the Total Room Block Cost. b) If between the 59th day and the 30th day prior to arrival Group cancels up to 10% of the total Room Block, then no cancellation charges are incurred, provided that any cancellation in excess of the said 10% of the total Room Block shall incur a cancellation charge of 100%. c) If between the 29th day and the 07th day prior to arrival, Group cancels up to 5% of the total Room Block, then no cancellation charges are incurred, provided that any cancellation in excess of the said 5% of the total Room Block shall incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the cancelled part of the Total Room Block Cost. d) If between the 7th day prior to arrival, Group cancels any part of the total Room Block (including but not limited No Shows on the day of arrival), then Group shall incur a cancellation charge amounting to 100% of the cancelled part of the Total Room Block Cost. B) Full Cancellation of Group/event: In the event of a full cancellation of the Group, the following agreed terms and conditions shall apply: (a) If the Notice is received by Hotel up to 90 days prior to arrival the Group shall pay Hotel the amount of 75% of total contracted revenue (b) If the Notice is received by Hotel between 89 and 60 days prior to arrival Group shall pay Hotel the amount of 90% of total contracted revenue (c) If the Notice is received by Hotel within 59 days prior to arrival, the Group shall pay Hotel the amount of 100% of total contracted revenue.
