Inspired and Engaging

Your meeting is a place for making connections, sharing information, and making deals. But the most important goal of any meeting is that the attendees leave inspired. At that, Snowmass Village is a natural. With our horizon of 14,000-foot peaks, a 3,332-acre ski mountain, and a spectacular roster of year-round mountain activities and events, Snowmass is the inspirational backdrop for hundreds of successful meetings annually. The town has more than 80,000 square feet of flexible conference facilities, ranging from a high-tech ballroom to on-mountain team building. We can accommodate groups of almost any size in our 32 lodges — 95% of which are ski-in/ski-out — which range from high-end hotels to affordable mountain lodges to condominiums. Ignore our famous scenery for a moment, and you’ll see that logistics are where Snowmass really shines. Our seasoned team of groups specialists are ready to partner with you and our compact layout, excellent transportation, and easy access to activities let participants get from the conference room to the slopes, adventures, and restaurants quickly — keeping the discussions going long after the meeting ends. Whether you’re planning an educational conference, incentive travel, or a corporate event, Snowmass has the facilities, ease-of-access, support, and inspiration to create the perfect meeting.
