The Scottsdale Marriott® Suites Old Town is a luxurious all-suites hotel located in the heart of Historic Old Town. Each guest suite includes a separate living room, bedroom and oversized marble bathroom and provides guests with everything they need to stay focused and relaxed during their stay. Amenities include a well-lit work desk, high-speed Internet access, a mini-bar, refrigerator and balcony with views of the spectacular desert landscape. Guests can enjoy American-inspired dining at the 3rd Avenue Grill & Lounge and balance their days with visits to the hotel’s fitness center, heated outdoor pool and nearby golf courses. The hotel is within walking distance to Old Town’s restaurants, shops and entertainment, making it easy to add off-site outings to your group’s agenda.The hotel offers 13 meeting rooms with 8,755 square feet of total meeting space. Our largest meeting space is Salons 1 & 2 (combined) with a maximum meeting space of 1,380 square feet and maximum seating capacity of 250. We also offer 8 breakout meeting rooms. Catering and audiovisual equipment are available, plus an AV technician, carpenter, electrician, locksmith, photographer and security guard. We also offer videoconferencing.
