At Courtyard, everything we do is fueled by the same passion: To help you follow yours. Our passion and excellence for curating personalized events gives you, the meeting planner, a break from getting stuck in the details. You’ll partner with onsite Event Specialists to plan everything from catering menus, A/V rentals, and group room reservations. Spread your event across 12,000 sq. ft. of indoor/outdoor event space, comprised of 8 distinct meeting rooms that can fit 10 people or up to 200 people. Our ideal location across from the UC Davis Medical Center gives your attendees easy access to Old Sacramento, the Capitol Mall downtown, and surrounding cities like Arden and Rancho Cordova. Overnight guests will appreciate our short distance from the Sacramento International Airport (SMF) – only 20 minutes away – and are sure to enjoy their stays in our modern, spacious guestrooms with Free Wi-Fi, work desks, and 32” Netflix-enabled TVs. Select rooms have sofa beds and even full kitchens, perfect for entertaining VIP guests. Our team has experience planning multi-day conferences, to corporate trainings and gorgeous wedding ceremonies, and we can’t wait to serve you next.
