Our team brings experience from every meetings-related industry – hotel, meeting & event planning, transportation, associations, and facilities – which means they speak your language. The Convention Sales & Services department provides a variety of services to meeting planners and convention delegates. We work with our clients to “create experiences” that move beyond the usual distribution of promotional materials. The goal is to enhance delegates’ and meeting planners’ stay in Sacramento so that it’s more than attending meetings and conventions, but becomes an overall Sacramento experience. Upon your booking, the Services Department can coordinate your site tour to off-site venues and provide you with an escort through the city. From beginning to end and everything in-between, our service professionals are here to help. Consider us an extension of your planning team.
