About us
Palms Casino Resort is making history as the first resort in Las Vegas fully owned and operated by the San Manuel Group. Palms Casino Resort features two distinct towers with 766 hotel rooms and suites, a diverse mix of bars, restaurants, live entertainment venues, and immersive lifestyle experiences across a 95,000-square-foot reimagined casino. The resort also includes over 150,000 square feet of meeting, convention, and event space; the Pearl, a 2,000-seat theater; an expansive pool and spa area; the Brenden Theatres 14-screen cinema, and units at Palms Place condominiums.

Cancellation Policy
All guaranteed reservations will be held until 11:59 PM only on the day of the attendee’s confirmed arrival date. The Hotel allows individual attendees the right to cancel their guest room/suite reservations without penalty up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the attendee’s scheduled arrival date. Depending on the method of deposit or guarantee, Hotel shall charge the individual attendee or bill the Master Account the first night’s guest room/suite rate and tax for cancellation within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled arrival date or failure of the individual to check in on the scheduled arrival date. Any remaining nights of a “no-show” reservation will be cancelled. Notwithstanding the above, Group shall pay damages to Hotel for each guest room/suite night contracted but not utilized by Group, as set forth in the attrition schedule for those collective individual cancellations which exceed the attrition schedule.
