Cancellation Policy
1) In case of cancellation more than 3 months before arrival date, there will be no cancellation fee. 2) In case of cancellation between 3 and 2 months before arrival date, the customer is obliged to pay 15% of the reservation value to the hotel. 3) In case of cancellation between 2 and 1 months before arrival date, the customer is obliged to pay 35% of the reservation value to the hotel. 4) In case of cancellation between 1 month and 14 days before the arrival date, the customer is obliged to pay 60% of the reservation value to the hotel. 5) In case of cancellation between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date, the customer is obliged to pay 85% of the reservation value to the hotel. 6) In case of cancellation 7 days or less before the arrival date, the customer is obliged to pay 100% of the reservation value to the hotel. 7) Function rooms: Maximum of 10% of the definite amount of persons, reserved 3 months before arrival, can be cancelled without any charges 48 hours before arrival. All other cancellations according the above mentioned terms. 8) Rooms: Maximum of 10% of the definite amount of rooms, reserved 3 months before arrival, can be cancelled without any charges till 14 days before arrival
