About us
Amatique Bay Resort & Marina is a tourist complex of large proportions, that offers you the first real opportunity to enjoy the Caribbean coast of Guatemala. Our five star resort combines the majestic natural environment of Central America, entertainment, comfort and history. Amatique Bay offers the facilities and services that are only found in world-class resorts. Amatique Bay Resort & Marina offers of 61 fully equipped rooms placed in 3 or 4 room villas. There are 18 Studios, 25 Mediana and 18 Magnas. Amatique Bay has a convention center with a capacity for 300 people where you can hire our services for weddings or corporate events. We have a friendly staff that will ensure a successful event.

Once upon a time in 2016, Matt Levy, founder of Covert Cocktail Club, hosted a secret speakeasy as an intimate place for strangers to gather in his home. The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”.
A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era.
