Facility Restrictions

All rooms are different in set-up. Units are all individually owned. Minimum requirements are 1 King Bed, 2 Double Beds, or 2 Queen Beds with mini-fridge, microwave oven & coffee maker. Four (4) different sets of buildings. 1 - Tower High-rise with elevator, all rooms oceanfront with private balconies. 2 - Inn is a two story Inn with Oceanfront units with screened porches and Poolside units some with walk out sliding doors. 3 - Lodge is the most economical, three story building, no elevator. Rooms are Lodge style with residential view. 4 - Villas these units are 2 bedrooms, 2 bath with full kitchens & living areas. These rooms are not discounted and typically require a three night minimum. On-site we have two pools including the Kiddie Pool, two restaurants (Cabana Cafe & Beach Bar on the Pool Deck and Ocean One our fine dining facility) hours may be season on the restaurants. We do offer a continental breakfast daily. Nearby restaurants, shopping, attractions, historical venues, Brookgreen Gardens, nite-life and more.
