Cancellation Policy

Kindly note that the cancellation policies below are our standard policies, we would be pleased to be more flexible depending on your event and the dates requested. FULL CANCELLATION: A full cancellation of the event will generate cancellation fees as follow: - until 180 days before arrival: 10% of the contracted amount ; - between 179 and 121 days before arrival: 30% of the contracted amount ; - between 120 and 91 days before arrival: 50% of the contracted amount ; - between 90 and 31 days before arrival: 70% of the contracted amount ; - between 30 and 9 days before arrival: 90% of the contracted amount ; - less than 8 days before arrival : 100% of the contracted amount ; REDUCTION IN NUMBERS: In the event that you reduce your guest room requirements between the date of the signing of this agreement and the dates stated below no withdrawal fees will be due. The percentages below are not applicable on a cumulative basis.
