Our exclusive Orlando meeting and event facilities are wired with the latest technology, and feature flexible floor plans for all types of events - accommodating up to 2,300 reception guests. From presentations to celebrations, roundtables to receptions, our Orlando convention hotel features: Convention Center with 62,800 square feet of flexible meeting space, featuring indoor and outdoor venues for board meetings, conventions, trade shows and other events. A 19,642-square-foot Universal Center, a multi-purpose conference/exhibit space with street level drive-in loading to accommodate cars, trucks, and large exhibits. A 15,158-square-foot Seminole Ballroom, with a permanent stage, projection booth, and ornate crystal chandeliers; also converts to five breakout rooms 10,000 square feet of pre-function area, perfect for informal gatherings, receptions and cocktail parties 32 breakout rooms that are ideal for smaller gatherings and workshop sessions, with a variety of flexible configurations, sizes and decors.
