Cancellation Policy

The Licensee reserves the right to cancel the Event up to and including ten (10) business days prior to the commencement of the License Period. In the event of cancellation on or before this date, the Licensee will be relieved of any financial responsibilities to the College. In the event that the Licensor shall cancel this License Agreement up to and including ten (10) business days prior to the commencement of the License Period, Licensor shall refund any Fees paid by Licensee and Licensee shall be relieved of any financial responsibilities to the College. If the Licensee cancels the event less than ten (10) business days prior to commencement of the License Period, Licensee will be responsible for all charges including the balance of the Basic Fee as well as all additional fees such as Safety Fee, Facilities Staff Fee and Aramark Fee.
